Terms & Conditions of Sale

Special Orders & Cancellations

1. Special Orders: Special orders are not subject to cancellation. The availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. Snoozhouse shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise due to manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty, or any other cause beyond Snoozhouse’s control. All sales are final.

2. Returns & Exchanges: No refunds are offered. All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Snoozhouse’s approval. A minimum fee of 20% of the purchase price will be assessed as a re-stocking fee on approved returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Layaway Policy

3. Layaways: Buyer layaways are not subject to cancellation. Layaways are 90 days unless otherwise noted. Buyer agrees to complete payment on schedule or proceeds of prior payments towards layaway may be forfeited. Inactive accounts for 90 days or more will be terminated, and all monies paid will be retained by Snoozhouse as damages.

Delivery & Pickup

4. Delivery Scheduling: Snoozhouse can designate a day for delivery but not a specific time. For white glove delivery arranged by Snoozhouse, the service includes delivery, setup, and removal of packaging materials. The customer is responsible for ensuring the merchandise will fit in the premises intended for. Snoozhouse is not responsible if the merchandise will not fit or look right.

5. Pickup: Buyer assumes all risks associated with the transportation of merchandise picked up. All merchandise must be inspected at the time of pick-up. For online orders, customers can opt for pickup from Snoozhouse.

6. Direct Shipping: For items shipped directly via FedEx, UPS, LTL, or similar services, customers are responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon arrival and reporting any damage within 48 hours.

Merchandise & Warranties

7. Floor Models & Clearance Items: Sold 'as is'. No refund, returns, or store credit.

8. Inspection: Damage caused during delivery must be reported within 48 hours. Snoozhouse reserves the right to repair or replace damaged parts but will not replace the goods in their entirety if repair or replacement restores the furniture to its original condition.

9. Warranty: Warranties are offered by the manufacturer. While Snoozhouse may assist in pursuing rights derived from manufacturer warranties, it does not provide any assurances, guarantees, or warranties for items purchased. Customers must pursue warranty claims directly against the manufacturer.

Payments & Fees

10. Deposits: Non-stocked or special-order items require a 50% deposit. Should the customer cancel the order, the deposit will not be refunded.

11. Service Charges: A $49 service charge will be applied to any dishonored checks.

12. Restocking Fee: A 20% fee of the total purchase price or monies already paid, whichever is greater, will be charged for order cancellations.

13. Payment Terms: All sales/transactions are final. No refunds or charge card credits will be made on partial or full payments.

Miscellaneous

14. Old Furniture: Snoozhouse cannot move, haul, or rearrange old furniture unless such service is clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

15. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture will fit in the intended space.

16. Returns: All returned items must be in the original box and in resaleable condition. Absolutely no return, exchange, refund, or credit without Snoozhouse’s approval.

17. Accessories: Wall mirrors, accessories, or lamps must be picked up at the store.

18. Legal Claims: Customers asserting legal claims for warranties agree to pursue those claims directly against the manufacturer.

Important Notice

No cancellation, return, exchange, refund, or store credit for 'as is' items, special order merchandise, beds, mattresses, or rugs that have been used.
